Dillon and Cory came up a steep and treacherous hill during an ice storm to check out and service my Generac in anticipation of the upcoming power outage in our vast area.
They were well equipped with everything except spark plugs — which GJ immediately ventured out, as well, to my home to drop them by — regardless of the Official “State of Emergency” announcement and advice to the public to not venture out.
These guys are tough — and LOYAL to their customers and jobs!
I am confident that I will have my backup power working successfully once the iced lines go down and municipal power fails.

Abtech was wonderful in communicating with me. The electrician, John, was amazing. He was able to come earlier than planned, and went right to work. John never balked about installing an outlet that my cats destroyed. Enough about that. Although I hadn’t scheduled to replace a second outlet, destroyed by a tower heater, he was able to replace that outlet and light switch. I am uneasy about electric, and it felt safe with him working here. I plan to use this service, again and again, with my electrical needs, and I will spread the word! Thanks, folks!!!

Great work, they were professional and fast. I had them run wire for a sub panel and then install an outlet off the panel. Initially they thought they would have to cut a lot of drywall since I had no attic access but they talked about a few different ideas and got the job done with ONE small rectangle of drywall cut out! They cleaned up the mess and replaced the piece they had to cut out. All I have to do is some minor patching! They also pointed out some potential issues I may have with my old panel down the road and I’ll be sure to call them when it is time to get this work done.
